Torivela for organisations
Do you work with families, employees or clients? You can use Torivela together with us. People then confirm a request outside the conversation with someone they linked personally before.
Business use starts in small steps. We check every organisation by hand first. Prices per employee are fixed below. Signing up and paying for business use is not possible yet: we only switch it on when all checks are done.
Who is it for?
Families
A large family that wants to practise and agree on rules together.
Employers
A company that wants to protect staff from fake messages from ‘the boss’ or ‘the bank’.
Care organisations
A care organisation that wants to help clients and carers with money requests.
What it can do
- Your organisation gets its own space with administrators and staff.
- You invite staff yourself and can remove access again.
- You see how many seats are in use and what changed (log).
- Contacts who answer a request never pay anything.
What it cannot do
- An organisation cannot see what a family or person asks or answers.
- An answer from an organisation is not proof of anyone’s identity.
- We check organisations by hand. There is no link with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) or eHerkenning yet.
- Security has not been independently tested yet. There is no certification.
Prices per employee
Per active employee per month, excluding 21% VAT. Contacts who only respond never pay.

- The total number of active employees in a month sets the price tier. That price applies to everyone, not just the part above it.
- You pay at least €99.00 per month excluding VAT.
- With 10,000 or more employees the price is always €2.49. There is no maximum and no quote needed.
- Note: sometimes the total bill is lower if you are just inside the next tier. The calculator shows this.
Want help with rollout or support? Feel free to contact us. The price itself is fixed.
Signing up and paying is not possible yet. We switch it on only after a test payment and a review of terms and security.

Privacy in plain words
We only keep what is needed: the organisation’s name, who is administrator or staff, and a log of changes. Family data is never linked to an organisation unless the person says ‘yes’ themselves.

- What does it cost?
- You pay a fixed price per active employee per month, excluding 21% VAT. The number of employees sets the price tier; that price then applies to everyone. At least €99.00 per month excluding VAT. Signing up and paying is not possible yet.
- Do contacts have to pay?
- No. Answering a request is always free.
- Are companies ‘verified’?
- No, we do not say that. We look at Chamber of Commerce details and evidence by hand. That is not an official check.
- How long do you keep my request?
- At most 12 months. After that we delete it, unless we work together.
