Withdraw from contract

Within 14 days of taking out a subscription you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. This is your statutory cooling-off period and is separate from ordinary cancellation.
How it works
- Sign in as the owner of the family plan and use the ‘Withdraw from contract’ button below. You confirm in two steps. You do not need to give a reason.
- You immediately get an on-screen confirmation with date, time and reference number, which you can download. Confirmation by email will follow once email is set up.
Period
The cooling-off period runs up to and including the 14th day after the day the subscription was taken out (Dutch time).

What happens next
- The subscription stops immediately. If you paid, we refund within 14 days; if you asked to start immediately, we only keep a pro-rata amount for the days provided.
- This test version has no payment provider: nothing is paid or refunded, and we never show a refund that has not actually been made.
