Subscription terms

Plans

• 8,99 € per month for up to 4 family members and 5 active trusted contacts outside the family, 1 circle (Basic).
• 12,99 € per month for up to 6 family members and 20 active trusted contacts outside the family, 3 circles (Plus).
• 17,99 € per month for up to 10 family members and 50 active trusted contacts outside the family, 10 circles (Family+).
• Security is the same in every plan. Free responders do not count as family members and pay nothing. Only active, mutually confirmed contacts count; on a smaller plan nothing is deleted: you choose which contacts stay active, paused contacts can still ask you and answering always remains possible.

Start, payment and renewal

• The subscription starts when you confirm the order and the payment provider confirms the first payment. You pay monthly in advance.
• The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. There is no minimum term longer than one month and no trial period.
• There are no extra costs on top of the price shown.

Cancelling

• You cancel online under Subscription, with one button and a confirmation. No phone call or reason needed.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. You keep access until that date; after that the paid features stop. Free answering remains possible.

Changing plan

• Switching to a larger plan is always possible. Switching to a smaller plan is possible if your family fits; nobody silently loses access.
• How a change in the middle of a month is settled will be set once the payment provider is connected and shown here before you order.

Failed payment

If a payment fails, you will be notified and can pay again. We do not end the subscription without warning.

Price changes

We announce a price increase at least 30 days in advance. You can then cancel free of charge before the new price applies.

Right of withdrawal (cooling-off period)

• You have a 14-day cooling-off period after the day you take out the subscription. You can withdraw without giving a reason using the ‘Withdraw from contract’ button; this is different from cancelling.
• If you explicitly ask to start immediately within the cooling-off period and then withdraw, you only pay pro rata for the days the service was already provided. Without that request you pay nothing.

Refunds

A refund after withdrawal is made within 14 days via the same payment method. This test version has no payment provider; nothing is paid or refunded.

Statutory guarantee

For digital services you have statutory rights in case of defects. These terms do not limit them.
